Winters Youth Day 2010

Well, a small town girl can never forget her roots, and though Winters is not technically my hometown, it is my father's and all of his family's for over 100 years now. I made the trip into town with my family to celebrate and honor my grandmother, Juanita Skaggs as this year's Honorary Grand Marshall! We are so proud of you Mimi and love you very much.
